Finance and Controlling Consultants

As a subject matter expert in your field you will be assigned to challenging projects supporting our international clients achieving their goals. You will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. You will also have to apply project management expertise in the mid run to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for our clients. You will work in a team environment focusing on your primary field of expertise.

- University Degree in economic studies with special
focus on accounting, controlling/finance or banking;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in either
accounting, banking, finance or controlling, favourably
in the consultancy business or for multinational
companies;
- Strong knowledge in either Accounts payable, Accounts
receivable, General ledger, Cost Accounting, Payroll is
an asset
- Fluency in English is required (German language is a
real asset);
- willing to travel

- Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications
- Quick thinking, very well organized, reliable and able
to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Experience in presentations
- Optimistic, friendly and flexible, problem-solving
attitude;
- Quickly integrating and a team-player.
- Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the
company develops;
- Knowledge in international standards like USGAP,IFRS is
an asset
- ERP (Oracle, Peoplesoft,SAP) knowledge is an asset
