Project Manager

- Graduation in civil engineering
- Practical experience in managing complex projects (at least 3 years)
- Project Management Software (e.g. MS Project) experience
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills and systems approach in problem solving
- Good technical and technological perceptivity
- Readiness for worldwide relocation/travelling
- Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CAD are mandatory
- Good English and Bulgarian knowledge

Job Purpose:
Due to the nature of a turnkey project manager’s job we expect that you are confident enough to take over the responsibility of managing a civil works project in Bulgaria.
Selected candidate must be a team player who is self-motivated, strong and enthusiastic, and customer service oriented.

Key Responsibilities:


PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing
needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects including quantity surveys
- Responsible for work acceptance
- Contract and order management
- Prepare meeting reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our expenses and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

PROJECT ACCOUNTING:
- Manages project budget.
- ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and
- monitors receivables for project.
- Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins
COMMUNICATION:
- Interface to customer, suppliers and local authorities
- Keeps project team well informed of changes
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

TEAMWORK:
- Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
- Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT:
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Builds a knowledge base of client's business, organization and objectives.
