Warehouse & Logistic Manager

Mechanical degree
Relevant experience in the field
English language - fluent
Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and recognizing where the problem is
Knowledge of materials movement process
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices
Decision making
Customer focus (internal and external)
Willingness to learn and to develop himself/ herself

The main components of this position include, but are not limited to:
-Organises and supervises stock control and inventory count.
-Ensure that the stock movement system, as well as all other company procedures, are followed, and implements cost saving and safety improvement modifications.
-Supervises entry, stocking and exit of company mterials or finished products in the warehouse in accordance with the company logistic system.
-Assures in time delivery to internal/ external customers, observes the requirements related to packing, expedition, delivers documents in accordance with internal rules and regulations and with legislation in force.
Coordinates the internal and the external transportation: contracting cost optimization
Coordinates the import/export activity: documentation, authorizations, custom formalities
-Follows import-export operations in order to assure the in – time raw-materials reception, with observance the legal regulations.
-Utilize the tools of Six Sigma to help to manage the improvement.
