| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- College graduate.
- Preferable exposure to both consulting (training supplier) and manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent English command (reading, speaking, written).

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Training Coordinator will develop, implement, organize, supervise, coordinate and control all necessary internal and external training programs agreed by management to be necessary in order to develop employees competencies.
- Together with line managers define the training needs for each department and consolidate overall training activities for entire organization, according to Company objectives and management strategically decisions.
- Develop and implement process for receiving employee feedback to assess training needs.
- Based on training needs assessed, organize tenders with potential training suppliers and propose the most appropriate supplier in order to obtain the most cost-effective and high-qualitative solution for Company (maximum in terms of Return on Investment).
- Organize training logistics for all training programs.
- Develop and implement training participant evaluation procedure.
- Develop and implement a Return on Investment procedure to be applied for all trainings (internal or external) and report to management regarding training effectiveness and efficiency.
- Keep updated all databases and folders regarding employee training and authorizations.
- Keep permanent contact with potential training suppliers on the market.
- Identify, train and develop a process for fostering professional internal trainers especially for technical training programs.
- Pro-actively and directly involved in Corporate program (MMTP) and locally organize internship programs(students/ young graduates).
- Develop, implement and administer training policies, programs, workflows and procedures to meet the objectives of the Company.
- Utilize the tools of Six Sigma to help to manage the improvement of training processes in support of business objectives.
- Responsible for the safety of self and others.
