CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Minimum 5 years experience in welding with excellent technical understanding of the welding process.
- Results orientated with strong leadership abilities and focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective problem solving abilities, verbal and written communication and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Analytical, process-oriented approach to developing and maintaining consistent work practices and standards.
- Able to train potential internal technical trainers.
- Strong computer skills; SAP would be considered an advantage.
- Degree in Welding Engineering.
- Experience working with automated welding equipment would be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Romanian.
- Experience in coordinating people will be an advantage |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Ensure that the appropriate welding procedures, equipment and related technology are employed to ensure a quality welding process.
- Provide leadership, support and training for welding operators for automated welding machinery and specialized welding procedures.
- Keep operations current with advancements in manufacturing technology to support continuous improvement and increase efficiency and through put.
- Ensure that production process in welding area is performed in accordance with Cameron HSE policy, quality standards and technical specifications.
- Prepare manufacturing process routings in welding and heat treatment area.
- Ensure technological processes support production objectives.
- Develop and implement clear standards and consistent work procedures for all welding applications.
- Work within a manufacturing team to deliver high quality products according to the production schedule.
- Provide support and advise regarding selection of new welding equipment and technology.
- Utilize the tools of Six Sigma to help to manage the improvement processes in support of business objectives.
- Set objectives aligned with Company’s goals, monitor and evaluate welding operators performance and development plans.
- Responsible for the welding quality of the product shipped to customers.
- Responsible for the safety of self and others. |
