| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
More than 4 years experience; at least 2 years experience in a similar role; at least 3 years of experience within international companies in the industrial area;
University degree;
Accounting expert, CECAR, ACCA etc. member is an advantage
SAP experience is an advantage
Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc);
Fluent in English & Romanian;
Must be culturally sensitive, able to keep information private and work well under pressure;
Well-organised, self confident, able to prioritise and multi-task, and to persuade others to do likewise;

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for all company GAAP reporting, ensuring that all reports are done timely and accurate and in accordance with company and local procedures and policies, including SOX policies.
1. Responsible for group Financial Statements reconciliation and timely submission:
a. Fill in the USGAAP adjustments; collaborates with PWC to elaborate the adjustments in conformity with IAS
b. Accounts reconciliation between statutory and USGAAP reporting; ensures/verifies the information flow from Romanian accounting system to GAAP
c. Verify/analyze the completeness, accuracy of accounts
d. Submit the required intranet and other external reports to HQ.
2. Responsible for preparation, analysis and timely submission of local reports:
a. Verify/ analyze the completeness and accuracy of cost center postings
b. Submit the monthly cost center analysis report to local management team
c. Analyze the cost center variations versus budget and forecast
3. Actively participate to the Budget/Forecasts preparation:
a. Collect data, compile and variances analysis of total period costs (Production Period Cost, Selling and Marketing, Administration cost)
b. Collect and analyze other Income Statement and Balance Sheet elements
c. Submit the required intranet and other external reports to HQ.
4. Knowledge and follow up of SAP cost centers maintenance.
