1. Drilling Rigs Field Service Engineer - United Kingdom
Job Reference: CSE 01

The job will be based working out of the Company offices at their premises in United Kingdom. The job will cover the UK, Northern and Southern Ireland.

Duties will include the build-up, commissioning, service and repair of oil and gas drilling rigs.

The successful candidate must be a qualified and time served mechanical engineer with the ability to read and understand hydraulic circuits and auto electrical drawings, they will need to have a basic knowledge of diesel engines with a range of 300 -600 hp and due to the nature of the work, be fluent in English as they will be expected to negotiate with the company clientele regarding commercial matters, servicing and maintenance and part sales.

Factory training will be probably given at the manufacturing plant in Italy and in the company premises in the UK.

Fringe benefits will include a service vehicle, mobile phone and accommodation when traveling. Safety gear will also be provided in order to carry out the above mentioned duties.

Responsible for the observance of work of safe work practices in the field and workshop areas, and ensuring that applicable safety procedures and regulation are followed by the personal under his jurisdiction.
Ensures that all installation and work is carried out according to the appropriate standards and code of practice and that the workforce under his command is educated in the application of such standards.
Undertakes the maintenance, repair and testing of a wide variety of mechanical equipment. 16. High Voltage Electrical Technician - Lybia

High Voltage Electrical Technician to have minimum of 10 years experience working on HV Electrical Equipment.

Minimum acceptable qualification will be ONC (Ordinary National Certificate) preference will be given to the technician in possession of higher qualification.
Technician to have proven track record working at power stations and with electrical distribution systems.

Organizes, supervises and controls the operation of the Maintenance management System and related functions such as shutdown planning. Develops historical databases on all installed equipment and monitors on-going test and inspection information from various sources.

Basic Function:
Plans, directs and coordinates the safe and efficient receipt, loading and dispatch of deep sea oil tankers and LPG tankers from the Terminal, in accordance with the planned shipping programme. Responsible for the safety of personnel and facilities and for the timely and correct application of the emergency measures according to the defined contingency plans.

Function & Responsibilities:
Supervises the day to day operation of the Company's deep sea oil Terminal and its facilities which includes two monobuoys, two multibuoy mooring berths and a liquid petroleum gas dock, paying due regard to Port rules and regulations.
Ensures the full efficiency of safety systems and equipment on board and the appropriate training of the ship personnel on their proper use. Ensures that all safety procedures and measures are strictly observed by the personnel in carrying out their work on board. Ensures that adequate measures are undertaken in case of oil spillage or pollution.
Exercises discretion in the allocation of berths having regard to the limitations of the vessel concerned, prevailing and anticipated weather conditions and potential demurrage costs.

Gives advice as to whether the Port should be closed due to poor weather conditions, bearing in mind safety, continuity of operations, storage situation, pump availability and shipping programme.Prepares and justifies the Budget forecasts and maintenance programme for all Marine utilities. Ensures that operational costs stay within Budget.

Directs the usage of all floating craft and ensures their maintenance to Lloyds standard and that they are kept in class. This includes the Tug, Work Barge and five Launches.

Plans the manning of the department while referring to schedules for annual vacation duty rosters and training, bearing in mind the operational requirements of the Port Administers promotion and discipline to all Marine personnel in accordance with Libyan Labour Law and Company Policy.

Plans and initiates material replacement and project work for the continued operation of facilities which includes the Dry Docking of the Tug and Work Barge and in addition major repairs to sub-sea equipment, pipelines, headers etc. Major expense items require management approval.

Education and Experience Prerequisites:
Marine Academy education with attainment of Masters Foreign-Going Certificate for unlimited tonnage on worldwide basis, issued by recognized Maritime Nation. Minimum 12 years Mooring Master / Pilot with oil terminal maintenance orientation.

Introduction
The Company facilities are on-shore oil field production facilities, in remote desert environments, plus main oil pipeline and tanker terminal export facilities. The facilities include sweet and sour erodes, natural flow and artificial lift (pumps and gas lift) wells, water injection/disposal facilities, gas turbine: driven power generation and overhead line power distribution facilities.
The Project Execution Group is a small multi-disciplined group of facilities engineers and construction inspectors, which oversees all new facility construction activities and also assists the area Operations personal in the engineering and execution of miscellaneous facility modification projects.
Construction inspectors are based in the remote desert production stations or the tanker terminal.

Qualifications and Experience
