CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Technical requirements:
• University degree in the filed of Computer Science and Information Technologies;
• At least 2 /two/ years experience in similar position;
• Experience with Active Directory;
• Good understanding of Windows/Linux based networks;
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems;
• Experience with .Net will be considered as an advantage;
Personally requirements:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Responsible and able to prioritize;
• Flexibility and ability for working with remote support teams;
• Good organizational skills essential;
• Fluency in English language;
• French an advantage;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main Responsibilities:
• Understand the current technical landscape and existing infrastructure;
• Support of MS SQL and .Net based applications;
• Investigate, respond to and resolve support requests;
• Execute the installation and configuration of desktops;
• Troubleshoot telecom and system problems;
• Working hours may be flexible

CallPoint New Europe (CallPoint) is an established international company with offices in Bucharest (Romania) and Sofia (Bulgaria), working on the offshore outsourcing market for telemarketing and customer support.
Due to the expansion of its activities, CallPoint is now looking for a highly qualified and motivated IT Support Enginner, based in Bucharest. The IT Support Enginner will report to the IT Manager.
