IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Technical requirements:

• University degree in the filed of Computer Science and Information Technologies;
• At least 2 /two/ years experience in similar position;
• Experience with Active Directory;
• Good understanding of Windows/Linux based networks;
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems;
• Experience with .Net will be considered as an advantage;

Personally requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Responsible and able to prioritize;
• Flexibility and ability for working with remote support teams;
• Good organizational skills essential;
• Fluency in English language;
• French would be considered an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand the current technical landscape and existing infrastructure;
• Support of MS SQL and .Net based applications;
• Investigate, respond to and resolve support requests;
• Execute the installation and configuration of desktops;
• Troubleshoot telecom and system problems.
