HR SPECIALIST

• She/he is fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage

• She/he has a diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, Sociology, or Philology

• Very good computer literacy

• She/he is a dynamic person, self confident, well-organised and a strong personality, able to work under stress

• A self-starter, she/he will adopt the recruitment strategy for our new office in Romania and will perform the searches on the labour market

• You have already gained experience in HR recruitment
• You have a dynamic and positive attitude to daily tasks and high level of responsibility
• You possess excellent presentation skills and a talent to work with people
• You provide an execution of all stages of the recruitment and hiring procedure
