CANDIDATUL IDEAL:


Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills ;
• Pro active person;
• Pleasant appearance;
• General PC knowledge: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Responsibility and adaptability;
• VERY rigorous person;
• Good ORGANIZATIONAL skills -is essential;
• Fluency in English language is a must and French would be an big advantage;


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:


Main Responsibilities:

• Providing a very professional welcome to visitors;
• Offer support to company’s managers;
• Handling correspondence of all types (e-mail, fax, etc.);
• Daily routine administration;
• Perform written translations;
• Assisting in preparing presentations.

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:

CallPoint New Europe SRL is part of the CallPoint New Europe group of companies, leading outsourcer in South-East Europe with current operations in Sofia, Bulgaria and now in Bucharest, Romania. The company aims to be the leading regional player in Eastern Europe and operates as a multi language contact center platform. Our first site in Bucharest is located in the area of Politehnica.

We launched operations in May 2007, with Telemarketing and Customer Care projects in German, Franch and the English languages and we are looking for a new Assistant Manager/ Secretary to join our start- up team willing to support the opening and the further dynamic growth of our new office in Bucharest.
An experience of 6 month to 12 month is very welcome, but not necessary. We do need someone ready to learn, very fast and able to stay connected to several tasks in the same time.
