| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Very good knowledge of call center technologies
- Previous working experience in a call center based environment, the technical department
- Has the ability to gain a rapid understanding & learning of new call center trends and unexpected changes
- Enjoys making new contacts, inspires others to achieve desired results and is usually perceived as sociable and extroverted
- Enthusiastic and persuasive, has initiative, reacts quickly and is able to train and develop other individuals
- Affable, optimistic and trusting
- Opinionated, flexible, engaging and confident in his/hers ability to persuade others to adapt to the changing environment or to see the desired point of view
- Focuses on a broad range of issues simultaneously
- Accomplishes tasks at a fast pace both with and through individuals. Is able and willing to delegate.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Promotes the use of a particular call center service, product or technology in the designated call center communities
- Encourages potential buyers to try services, gives technical insight
- Advices and convinces potential buyers or users to change from older methods to newer
- Constantly analyzes the latest trends and changes in the call center industry
- Communicates large volumes of content rapidly and clearly. Motivates others by considering their points of view, and then adjusts the delivery to fit the specific individual.
- Communicates with prospective clients in socially informal, extroverted, and outgoing ways. Builds professional relationships.
