Calibration & ESD engineer _Quality Plant (Timisoara)

What you have to know:
- University degree -Technical field
- Knowledge of Automotive Quality standards (e.g. ISO TS16949);
- Experience in working in the electronics manufacturing industry is highly appreciated
- Experience in working in the automotive industry is appreciated
- Ability to work with quality standards
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to train colleagues from the production area
- Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills with a proven ability to deliver results
- English knowledge

What you have to do:

-Organize and provide ESD training sessions for all new employees
-Create and establish process for release of all equipment and production lines in shop floor regarding ESD (describe conformity requirements, develop process for release, establish overview of released equipment)
-Organize and execute the ESD audits
-Periodical check of all materials and equipments used in shop floor in accordance with ESD requirements
-Maintain and update the calibration database for all the equipments
-Periodically schedule the calibration sessions and overview of the cost for calibration activities
-Improve the calibration process (maintain the work instruction, update and improve the calibration procedure)
-Good relation with the external calibration laboratories and with the suppliers
