| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Key Requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail and client service oriented, with strong work ethic
• Proactive, able to work independently and efficiently by managing multiple tasks
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English, both writing and speaking (certification as authorized translator will be considered a plus);
• Enthusiastic, self-confident, a can-do attitude.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Job description
• Clients interface
• Assisting the partners with both administrative and business monitoring tasks
• Handle the incoming and out coming calls, mails and documents
• Office management (Updating information in various databases & preparing extracts of information, arranging conference calls and meetings, record of contracts and files, archive old files and corporate documents)
• Contribute to translation work
• Performing the travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration)
• Participate in marketing activities and events set up
