| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsible for successful implementation of commercial projects / supervize furniture installation teams on sites / develop relationships with suppliers all over Romania.
The candidate must be:
Highly reliable and punctual.
Able to work on his / her own initiative.
Able to supervise / coordinate people.
Have an entrepreneurial mind set.
Have a technical background (to be able to supervize / coordinate installation teams on site).
COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
1. Knowledge in project management
2. Sales Experience and general business knowledge
3. Ability to draw in CAD
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Excellent leadership abilities
6. Technical understanding and training
7. English fluency |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Forecast, optimization of stock balance by forecast, entering new items into basis structure list.
2. Controlling of structures and drawings.
3. Sales and development of long term relationships with customers
4. CAD-drawings, quotations, calculations, structures, invoices, “guarantee handling”.
5. Weekly and monthly statement reports of the projects that the project manager is responsible for as well as weekly and monthly reports of the sales activity.
6. Installation Manuals
7. “Newsletter for installers”, “Work in process controlling”.
8. Special solutions and projects from drawing to invoice.
9. Implementation of new items and general communication
The Project Manager will report to the Managing Director as well as the Financial Director.
