| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Key Requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail and client service oriented, with strong work ethic
Proactive, able to work independently and efficiently by managing multiple tasks
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English, both writing and speaking (certification as authorized translator will be considered a plus)
Enthusiastic, self-confident, a can-do attitude
Previous experience is a plus
University degree (it is a plus)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description
Clients interface
Assisting the lawyers with both administrative and business monitoring tasks
Handle the incoming and out coming calls, mails and documents
Office management (updating information in various databases & preparing extracts of information, arranging conference calls and meetings, record of contracts and files, archive old files and corporate documents)
Contribute to translation work
Performing the travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration)
Participate in marketing activities and events set up
Monitoring cash receipts from clients
