Branch Director - Bucharest

- Strong Experience in the banking sector in a similar role
- University degree in a related field (finance, business studies, economics, law, accounting).
- International Master degree would be highly valued.
- Knowledge of the local finance market.
- Excellent English language skills, Spanish would be highly valued.

- You will open up the first commercial structure of the Savings Bank in the City Center.
- Therefore you will be working in close contact and with support of the Headquarters of the Bank in Spain.
- Your functions include the coordination of the resources and defining the Business Plan and the objectives of the office.
- You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships and for planning and delivering effective sales strategies and monitoring the progress of new and existing financial products.
- You will adapt the concept of our client to the Romanian market and transmit the culture and philosophy of the Savings Bank on this new market.
- A part of your functions as Bank Director and Business Development Manager your functions will also include representative tasks in official occasions.
