1. PLANT OPERATOR (5 No’s)
ensure plant is operating efficiently, chilled water is provided at design conditions, plant equipment is functioning properly in automatic mode, safety procedures & ISO standards are implemented properly and ensure chilled water is supplied normally during a machine breakdown or preventive maintenance; assist supervisor to maintain the plant in proper conditions; understand district cooling process and analyse the process data on continuous basis; The Ideal Candidate should possess technical diploma in Mechanical, HVAC, electrical or controls, or engineering degree if available; should have at least minimum of 4 years experience in operations
2. HVAC ASSISTANCE TECHNICIANS (2 NO'S)
3. HVAC JR. TECHNICIANS (3 NO'S)
Carries out duties as per standards and guidance of Supervisor with time frame; ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals; experience and technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical and Air Conditioning; able to troubleshoot and rectify problems independently; experience with Chillers, FCU’s, AHU’s, package units; Preferably a Technical Degree / Diploma with 3-5 years relevant experience
4. SR. PIPE FITTERS (2 NO'S)
5. JR. PIPE FITTERS (3 NO'S)
will identify types and size of pipe flange, gaskets and bolts valve; install and remove threaded and flange valve, replace valve o-ring / gaskets; knowledge using OX Stalin sit, HDPE pipes work (with previous experience), and pipe is preferred and duct insulation; understand PI&D; Technical Degree / Diploma with 5 – 7 years experience is preferred
6. FABRICATORS PIPE & DUCT (2 No's)
Preferably with knowledge in aluminum fabrication & GI duct, scaffolding and installation, drawings, pipe & duct insulation & experience with MS fabrication work. Technical Degree / Diploma graduates with 3-5 years work experience.
7. WELDERS GENERAL OR SMAW/GTAW/SMAW/TIG (2 NO'S)
Knowledge of welding the steel and pipe line 3G, 6G with ultrasound welding test as per ANS, HDPE pipes welding, ARC welding, circular welding in cylindrical type, safety procedures, brass welding and understanding drawings and welding accordingly. Technical / Diploma graduates with 3-5 years work experience; certified from oil and gas company or water distribution
8. CONTROL TECHNICIANS (2 NO'S)
knowledge of troubleshooting and problem solving skills in control system, working in PLC and communication, and of SCADA system and data storage; able to identify controls components and its modules, understanding the schematic drawings of controls systems, BMS system and remote linking equipments like Honeywell, YORK, Carrier, package chillers control sytems, Trane, etc.; Technical Degree / Diploma with 3-5 years work experience; able to work with minimal supervision, good experience of operation, installation and servicing of peripheral devices.
9. INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIANS (2 NO'S)
familiar in measuring gauges and sensors, calibration of sensor, pressure gauges and temperature indicators, using tools require of calibration like Fluke process calibration, digital meters, alignment and using dial gauge and ability to disassemble and assemble of mechanical equipment; knowledge of gas and air compression and transmission, time duration for calibration of instrumentation equipments and schematic drawings. Technical Degree or Diploma with 3-5 years work experience.
10. MAINTENANCE SUPERRINTENDET – The ideal candidate must be a mechanical trained engineer. Experience in the servicing and maintenance of large centrifugal compressor chillers is a must. Will be responsible for coordinating all customer-related activities related to performing service/maintenance; assist the Maintenance Manager in the daily conduct of fulfilling customer requirements, coordinate spares, tools and equipment schedules and maintain tracking systems. He should have an engineering degree and good experience in relevant positions.
11. MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS (3 No’s) – CHILLER
He must be qualified and experienced in the servicing and maintenance of large centrifugal compressor chillers. Will be responsible for maintaining associated heat transfer systems including chilled water pumps; piping; cooling towers and condenser water pumps; air handing units and all auxiliary equipment associated.
12. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS (3 No’s) – The ideal candidate should be qualified and experienced in the servicing and maintenance of HV,MV and LC switch gear and equipment, earthing systems, power generation equipment, variable frequency drives, soft starters, transformers, UPS systems, batteries and all electrical equipments associated with large chilled water production plants.
13. MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS (4 No’s) - the ideal candidate should have experience of the servicing and maintenance of large internal combustion engines (preferably using gas but diesel acceptable) in power generation applications. he will be responsible for maintaining associated systems including pumps, air compressors, pneumatics, valves and all auxiliary equipment associated with power production plants.
