Site Acquisition Manager

The site acquisition team is responsible for the providing of all technical, legal and administrative procedures required in the process of site identification, site acquisition and building permits issuing.

Responsibilities:

- Manages, coordinates, and controls all activities of the experts in the Section;
- Receives the tasks for the new sites from the Assignor, distributes them among the experts, and regularly informs the Department Manager for their implementation;
- Reporting to the Client;
- This position is based in Bucharest;

Requirements
 University degree in Civil Engineering;
 Thorough understanding of the process of site acquisition and the respective applicable law;
 Fluent English and good computer skills;
 Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills;
 Project management and team leading experience;
 Management style and strong team leading skills;
 Driving license;
 Ability to deliver on time under pressure;
 Ethical and loyal person with high moral values;
 At least 3 years experience at a relevant position;
