Senior Recruitment Consultant

Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
Fluency in English is a must
Experience in interviewing and recruitment practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive approach to problem solving

Manage recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance
Researching and utilising the most time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential candidates
Provide quality screening and selection service to the client
Scheduling and conducting interviews
Manage applications and response, providing feedback to clients and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
Utilising proactive search methods to source skilled candidates
Establishing and maintaining network of contacts
Search the BusinessIQ Database and external databases for relevant candidates
Coordinate all recruitment sourcing including advertising and personal networking
Use the e-recruitment methods to achieve best results
