Construction Manager (Telecom)

- University degree in Civil Engineering;
- Through understanding of the process of civil works implementation and working with subcontractors;
- Experience in CW contracting, bill of quantities and cost estimation;
- Good knowledge of the local construction market;
- Fluent English and good computer skills;
- Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Project management and team leading experience;
- Management style and strong team leading skills;
- Driving license;
- Ability to deliver on time under pressure;
- Ethical and loyal person with high moral values;
- At least 3 years experience at a relevant position;

Requirements:

- Manages, coordinates, and controls all activities of the experts in the Section;
- Negotiates and Assigns the CW implementation to subcontractors, controls and accepts their work;
- Responsible for accepting and signing the subcontractorsa?? bills of quantities and prices and the attached invoices;
- Reporting to the Client;
