7. Previous experience with event organization and sales;

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. Find and recruit local sponsors for IDC Romania conferences
2. Coordinate sponsorship recruitment with IDC CEMA colleagues
3. Manage conference budgets, achieve profit target for IDC Romania conferences
4. Manage all administration and logistics for IDC Romania events (including site research and selection, negotiating and contracting with hotels and suppliers, on-site management)
5. Manage preparation of all written materials for the event
6. Manage press contact database, distribute local and regional press releases, represent main contact for local press/media
7. Manages and maintains all IDC Romania conference databases (end-user and sales)
8. Liaises with local sponsors after each event
9. Customer service - provide information for customer requests for report information, maintain contact with leads
10. Ensure participation of the best quality attendees, according to the target group for the conference
11. Find and negotiate with local independent speakers
12. Provide general marketing support for IDC Romania - website, corporate branding, collateral, media, email campaigns and product promotion
