CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
You should (your profile):
* Possess a Technical Engineering Degree, preferably in Oil & Gas or
Industrial Chemistry (geology background might be considered only if backed
by relevant experience in the field of oil & gas);
* Have previous exposure to Oil & Gas specific health, security,
environment and quality (HSEQ) issues would be considered a big plus;
* Previous exposure to oil exploration, extraction and refining
technologies and associated risks for employees' health, security and the
environment;
* Excellent communication skills (oral, non-verbal);
* Previous experience in public presentations making (in front of
public or professional audiences) would be considered a big plus;
* Personal characteristics: enthusiastic & persuasive communicator,
permanently striving to exceed customer expectations, team worker,
persuasive communicator, interpersonal sensitivity, high flexibility &
adaptability;
* Available to travel outside Bucharest for periods of time ranging
from 3 days per week to 2 consecutive weeks;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Your Responsibilities as a Lead Trainer will be:
* Coordinate the roll-out of the training program within a designated
region of Romania;
* Coordinate the activity of the other trainers within the designated
region of Romania;
* Participate in the planning and scheduling of activities;
* Deliver training sessions and presentations to selected audiences;
* Issue periodic reports (delivery, delivery evaluation, expense,
etc.);
* Participate in the periodical evaluation meetings and delivers
evaluation presentations to client representatives;
* Proposes changes in the training content and/or methodology should
this be deemed necessary;
* Participate in on-the-job training sessions aiming at aligning
his/her abilities and competencies to the company's standards;
