Business Unit Manager / Junior Production Manager

Knowledge of ISO 9001, QS 9000, VDA 6.1

Experience in production processes

•Responsibility for labour, machine and equipment safety.
•Responsibility for organization of work within the department.
•Responsible for production and product quality, setting of manufacturing team tasks in the area of quality
•Responsible for maintaining of the planned costs (budget).
•Responsible for customer deliveries in requested quantities, time and quality.
•Responsible for remunerating of the subordinates.
•Responsible for observing the environmental regulations.
•Responsible for implementation of training programs for subordinates including employee training in product inspection (including ILUO)
•Responsible for continuous improvement in all areas (labor, burden, material).
•Responsible for independent performance of the tasks assigned.
•The BUM is authorized to stop production if it is necessary to correct quality-related problems.
•The BUM is authorized to stop production if it is necessary to correct safety-related problems.
•The BUM implements requested Quality Systems /ISO QS 9000, VDA 6.1, ISO/TS 16949/ within his competency.
•Responsible for maintenance made by operators, for relevant maintenance training and instructions
•Responsible for applying for machine and tool maintenance
•Responsible (within the department) for knowledge and maintaining of the Quality System, setting of responsibilities, competencies, training and qualification of employees.
