Head of Customer Service

- Has 2 to 4 years of professional experience
- A technical, economical background is an advantage
- Graduated studies
- Excellent comand of German & English languages

Intellectual aptitudes: Reliable, loyal, communicative competent, target oriented, fast and hard working, punctual;

Relational aptitudes :
- Customer oriented
- Is able to maintain a friendly approach also under stress conditions
- Masters all kinds of electronic means of communication
- Cost conscious
- Maintains permanent contact and communication with Logistics of the HQ in Germany (in German language)

Responsibilities :

Customer Relations by phone, fax and email
Customer Master File
Quotation and follow up of order entry
Order entry
Order confirmation
Order Back Log
Trouble shooting in case of past due deliveries
Communication with Logistics of HQ in Mainz
Transportation Department : Customer Service
Hierarchical relations(position in the diagram) : Reporting to and Directly supervised by the Managing Director
