Deputy Commercial Manager

Requirements:
Experience in commercial project execution for complex projects.
English fluently in speaking and writing
Standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Time and cost control tools (MS Project, Primavera)

Reporting to: Contract Manager and Commercial Manager
Goal Setting: Target of this job is to realize the profect with in the pre-calculated result and program as a minimum and to the full satisfaction of the custormer.
Responsible for the co-ordination of the local interface management for commercial affairs and proper reporting to the consultant for accounting purpose.

Tasks:
Control and registration of the invoices coming from sub contractors.
Preparation of the necessary documentation in accordance to the invoicing procedure to the client.
Petty cash
Preparing the folders for the consultant for the monthly accounting.
Participation at meetings with the consultant
Organisation of the office equipment.
Support for the expatriates working in this project.
Responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment inside the office.

Job specific tasks:
Control the progress payment in accordance to the project program with customer and supplier.
Supervision of the progress with project engineer and site manager
Organization regular meetings with the accounting company
Organization of the monthly payment of the employees
