At the moment we are looking for a Business Developer with similar to below profile to join our team:
Responsibility:
• Communicate effectively with partners and costumers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;
• Create, develop and manage systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships;
• Find and develop new business opportunities;
• Coordination and optimal communication with the departments in the head office;
• Communicate expectations clearly to customers and resources to ensure that deliverables and deadlines are properly met;
• Gather and communicate business relevant information and provide structured feedback to the management of the company.
Professional requirements:
At least 3 years extensive experience as a Country or Sales representative in the Energy field etc.);
University degree (Engineering, Economics);
Good conversant in English;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Ability for frequent travelling;
Driving license – Category B
Personal requirements:
Ability to drive aggressive sales process and achieve targets.
Leadership, management and motivation skills;
Customer-oriented;
Result-oriented;
Excellent communication skills;
Decision making;
Keen on carrying high responsibility and looking for successful realization of creative ideas;
