| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• At least 3 years experience in marketing/communications and/or event fundraising/sponsorship;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English is a must
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiating skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and promotion tools and techniques
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite, web research
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Researches and identifies potential event partners and sponsors;
• Develops event-specific sponsorship proposals to secure event partners and sponsors; delivers benefits promised to sponsors
• Responsible for coordinating the total event
• Researches, develops and implements timely and effective event-specific marketing plans to reach and attract event registrants
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations
• Assists in strategy and budget development
• Supports Conference Services staff and activity as required
