The Bespoke Applications Development team is responsible for the creation and management of all bespoke applications and business processes within the company currently. It is intended that the product and services offered by the company, will increase significantly over the next few months. This will have an effect on the size and complexity of business requirements and hence applications that will be required in the near future.
The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with the existing business to understand the current business processes, workflow and systems and to help to oversee the design and implementation of new processes and business applications as well as the organization web site, making sure that a consistent look and feel is maintained across the board.

The ideal candidate:
– Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of his client’s organization and industry.
– Ability to understand of impact of new change requests on existing systemsand architecture
– Identifies organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
– Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
– Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for engagement with technical team
Technical Recommendation and Testing:
– Manages testing efforts.
– Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
– Works with business user to identify required changes.
– Communicates needed changes to development team.
Project Execution:
– Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
– Takes input from applications manger and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
– Communicates and applies project standards.
– Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
– Consistently delivers high-quality services to the business.
– Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
