BUSINESS ANALYST ( Reporting )

• University degree / in course in Statistics, Mathematics, Cybernetics, IT or related
• Min. 6 months of previous similar experience (i.e. Business Analyst, Operations Analyst etc.)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint); min. 6 months working experience with PL/SQL; Specific Statistic Tools knowledge would be an advantage
• Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
• Ability to work in a dynamic team with stretch deadlines
• Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines
• Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment
• Organized, detail oriented person and customer focused
• Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude

• Assist team leaders and management with all IT requirements (non-hardware) - ad-hoc reports and analysis, new functionalities
• Verify accuracy of data extracted in new reports, according to business requirements previously established
• Provides analysis, definition and direction to team leaders and management
• Produces and interpret daily/weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports, timelines and graphics for the assigned areas
• Monitors the use and performance of the provided information
• Proactively reviews KPI at portfolio and team level (daily, monthly, weekly) and signals to management significant variances
• Controls the execution of the proposed timelines and strategies; signals variances to the management and propose corrective measures
• Capture and document the business requirements for new reports and system functionalities. Ensures current and accurate system documentation
