Economist

-Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance and Banking;
-Working knowledge of capital market operations and financial instruments (derivatives, equities, fixed income, etc.);
-Good PC knowledge and quantitative skills (applied mathematics, statistics, calculus, etc);
-Advanced level of English;
-Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
-Well organized, with attention to detail, open minded, highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Developing new financial products and services, especially financial derivatives;
-Promoting the BVB products and services to market participants and investing public;
-Elaborating and enforcing market rules and procedures, legal agreements with related parties;
-Carrying out day-to-day trading and clearing-settlement activities with respect to financial derivatives, including operating of the BVB electronic platforms;
-Performing risk management activities, market statistics and analyses;
-Work requires willingness to work a flexible/intensive schedule.

Rolul Bursei de Valori Bucuresti este de a furniza o piata organizata pentru tranzactionarea valorilor mobiliare, de a contribui la cresterea lichiditatii valorilor mobiliare prin concentrarea in piata a unui volum cat mai mare de valori mobiliare, de a contribui la formarea unor preturi care sa reflecte in mod corespunzator relatia cerere-oferta si de a disemina aceste preturi catre public.
