Your motivation for working for us should in the first place be the potential to enhance yourself and make the best possible use of your own qualities. We do expect you to be fluent in several mainstream programming languages and technologies. Since most of our projects are geared towards a Microsoft Windows environment, development experience for this platform is a must. A combination of several items from the following list is required: C++, C#/VB/ASP.NET, ASP, PHP, MFC, Javascript, CSS, Win32 API, COM, XML, Ajax.

Even if you don't have all the experience that we need but if you feel the above description fits your personality you are encouraged to reply since we also have an opening for a junior position. For the other positions there's a minimum of three years experience required. We're flexible so if you looking for non-standard working arrangements feel free to come up with a proposal.

Our company is currently looking for several motivated software developers. We’re a small company located in the center of Bucharest and we’re working on various projects that span a wide area of – mostly technical – software solutions. BT&T Software Development SRL was recently founded by two Dutch software engineers and entrepeneurs. BT&T develops both commercial and in-house software for various international clients.
