| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

An ideal candidate will have a background in structural engineering/architecture/mechanical/electrical engineering, cost management experience would be a distinct advantage and fluency in written and spoken English is a must. RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The position will involve the following activities:
Analyzing design drawings & calculating the quantity of materials,
Design proposal evaluation
Value engineering and optimization
Tendering and negotiating package contracts
Evaluating projects in terms of cost, time and quality
