Finance Associate

-University degree in Finance or Accounting;
-3-4 years work experience in accounting;
-Self - motivated and ability to work in a team;
-Strong analytical skils;
-Fluent English;
-Accounting software SCALA would be an advantage.

Prepares invoices for national and international clients and handless all invoices related issues;
-Manages petty cash and bank accounts;
-Keeps the liaison with the suppliers, reconciliates balances and settles any discrepancies;
-Performs accounting records and prepares financial management reports;
-Prepares and books the USGAAP adjustements;
-Resposabilities related to the daily management of financial activities and providing of information: repreresents the company to authorities; provides financial information for internal or external purposes; assists during audits; keeps and archives all financial- accounting and HRdocuments etc;
-Keeps the liaison with the HR/Accounting outsurcing company;
-Any other tasks or projects assigned to the Employee by the Finance Manager or Managing Director.
