| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
British Council Romania is looking for a strong, analytical and enthusiastic person to join the Resources Team. The role of this job is to ensure administrative support for Resources department and Country Directorate of British Council Romania
• Proven Administrative and Finance expertise
• Strong verbal and written communication competencies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and details orientation
• Proficiency in English
• Computer proficiency required: including Ms Office, SAP.
• Ability to work with different departments

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To support Head Resources with administrative tasks
• Gather the HR administrative needs of the office and liaise with the HR administrative delivery agency
• Maintenance of the recruitment/training documents
• Maintain the relationship with Medical, HR and L&D vendors
To support the Country Director
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Manage correspondence
• Set-up meetings and appointments
• Organize travel (by car, train, plane)
• Update the appointments/meetings in the diary
• Book hotel rooms and venues
• Organize diverse payments for travel, entertainment, running costs
Provide financial and logistic support for operations within Resources department
• Organize events ( room booking, arrange travel, food and accommodation)
• Maintain the relationship with vendors and update them in the system
• Liaise with cleaning and security to ensure communication, payments and time-logging.
• Arrange the payments and reconciliations for Resources department (HR, Facilities and IT)
• General administrative work: keeping additional records of payments, getting confirmation from vendors receiving payments, arranging cash payment for different bills coming for Resources.
• Park and post various financial journals issued by OM roles
