RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Mission

To create value for the Brand by building brand equity with the consumer target over the long term, while providing short term below-the-line tools for sales promotion to support short term sales achievement; to initiate, recommend and execute the marketing programme, adhering to strategy guidelines and ensuring brand objectives are achieved for the brand.
• To establish annual brand plans / three year plans in accordance with global strategies
• To be responsible for budgetary control of brands
• To be responsible for communication and custodianship of brand strategies internally
• To agree objectives with sales team, jointly developing plans for channels and key accounts
• To be responsible for any local advertising creative development and to ensure optimum media schedules
• To be responsible for promotional development (objective setting, implementation and post-evaluation)
• To work with PR to agree objectives and develop plans
• To manage external agencies
• To manage any staff reporting to the role
• To propose volumes, pricing policies, A& P spend to develop brand plans and propose revisions
• To establish good working relationships with the Brand Owners, reporting developments, obtaining approvals
and contributing to development of international strategy
• To manage A&P budget, monitoring and reporting spend on regular basis
• To work with sales team as required
• To agree shipment forecasts
• To regularly spend time in trade
• To develop research programmes in conjunction with Marketing Information Manager / Marketing Services
• To assist in assessing any new brands proposed
• To monitor and evaluate key programmes with recommendations for future action
