Responsibilities:
- Daily operation of the branch
- People management – goals set up and their achievement management
- Invoices processing and communication with financial institutions
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and control
- Manage and increase the effectiveness of the team
- Evaluation of employee performance and achieving targets
- Reporting to business director
