| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- At least 4 years experience with object oriented concepts and tools (predominance in Java);
- Prior team leading experience is considered an advantage;
- Experience implementing or supporting large enterprise software solutions;
- Experience with large enterprise-wide distributed systems, especially 3-tier client-server, including integration of legacy systems and databases;
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle);
- Experience in diagnosing and fixing problems in complex software systems;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers of varying levels of technical ability, and commitment to providing them with prompt solutions;
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, follow-up, and time management;
- Graduate of a Computer Science, Electronics or Informatics department;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to raise issues and work to solve them in a constructive way;
- Must possess strong written and oral English communication skills;
- Highly ethical, open and honest with desire to succeed;
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
