Our client is one of the leading Agents and Distributors of raw materials & technological solutions for the industry and agriculture.
Key responsibilities:
- Designs, prepares for Management's approval and implements the T&IT solutions, according to the specific Company needs and development strategy;
- LAN and WAN (VPN) network design, implementation and administration (Windows Server Workstations, Unix/Linux, PDC, security policies, directory and file sharing/ permission admin, E-mail Server/ Communications Server, Proxy/IIS, back-up policies);
- Administers the ERP software (ORACLE/SQL programming, managing together with the Software manufacturer the ERP's compliance with the Company's needs, commercial activity and document flow;
- Manages any developments in house or outsourced to align ERP functions to needs;
- Data and information processing according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard - document standardisation;
- Provides support to the Administrative Executive for the ISO 9001:2000;
- Creates and manages the T&IT budget, in line with the Company's development strategy and cost policies;
- Managing the compliance with Software Licence legal regulations;
- Manages the team of IT specialists and programmers to meet objectives effectively & efficiently. |
