CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years work experience within a commercial environment with a minimum of 2 years as a senior web designer;
• Exceptional track record in designing highly effective web sites;
• Ability to provide a portfolio of past work to illustrate your creative talents (to be provided with your CV);
• Good command of English;
• Exposure of both consumer and corporate web design;
• UI experience.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is a multinational company, one of the high-tech IT leaders, specialized in interactive multimedia applications, e-commerce and distributed web applications. This company has offices in several european countries and is looking forward to expand the software development team in Bucharest.
The candidate is responsible for the design of high quality consumer and corporate websites. S/He will work with the product managers and a team of highly talented individuals.
Responsibilities:
• Defining and executing creative briefs for web sites that deliver optimum user experience, branding and traffic conversion;
• Monetarizing existing traffic through improved design;
• Managing and mentoring the juniors;
• Assigning delivery dates to the projects;
• Adding value to the product development process;
• Weekly management reporting on progress.
