Senior Project Manager - IS implementation

• Relevant working experience in a similar position with at least one successful ERP implementation as track record (preferably Oracle Application or SAP);
• University degree, probably technical or economical;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent project management skills; ability to use project management software to coordinate multiple complex projects;
• Strong understanding of business and IT issues and their interconnections;
• The person should have a conceptual thinking in the sense of practically-oriented problem solving, able to efficiently mobilize resources towards a common scope, have a distinct service orientation that helps to see and treat different company divisions as customers, clearly performance and results orientation, practical intelligence that helps to explain facts not in an abstract, but rather understandable way; he/she should be analytical, multitasking, a doer, assertive, with developed communication skills, self-confident, a team players with excellent leadership capabilities.

The position will be responsible for:

ERP project successful implementation, with focus on quality, time and allocated budget.
a.Under this main task will coordinate:
- the company internal team involved in the analysis and modelling for elaboration of the ERP conditions
- External Consultant that is hired to provide support
- Auditing company, that will be hired to audit the Consultant and assist in the negotiation and the implementation of the ERP
b. The person will have to assume the ERP agreed conditions so that the implementation is successful
c. The training process after the implementation, to overcome resistance to change

The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and complex projects, see priorities, make things happen, find solutions, and be assertive. He/she will receive the entire support of the organisation and will activate in a very challenging working environment, with multiple projects in the future.
