CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University Degree;
• At least 2 years of banking accounting experience;
• Excellent knowledge of computer usage;
• Good command of English language (both speaking and writing);
• Good communication skills;
• Good understanding of banking activities;
• Flexible and able to work under pressure as member of a group;
• Strong analytical skills, and business logic;
• Open minded, initiative driven, team player.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Review the existing banking business processes;
• Develops new operational procedures;
• Prepares systems specifications;
• Prepares testing scenarios;
• Tests new processes and procedures;
• Prepares users manual;
• Interface with Programmer for the development of IT programs.
