| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
2 to 5 years sales experience for a high growth technology firm /entrepreneurial endeavor;
1+ years in Internet (e-mail) sales;
Demonstrated performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence;
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for revenue-generating activities;
Ability to communicate with highly technical management team;
Experience in the software, internet, media, or fast-paced technology start-up industries strongly preferred;
Keen understanding of the web development methodologies (Scripting languages, Databases, Dynamic HTML and Ajax);
Fluency in English and Romanian. Outstanding presentation skills in both languages;
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Development and execution of sales strategy;
Understand the market and clients needs;
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns including:
o Direct marketing, affiliate marketing, online/offline advertising, promotions and email newsletters;
o Offline marketing communications materials including sales collateral, presentations, merchandise, print advertising;
o Trade shows and industry events and advise where company participation or sponsorship would be appropriate;
o Co-marketing, reseller and other third-party relationships;
Build a team capable of sustaining sales growth;
Manage relationships with resellers and affiliates;
Drive revenue growth for all markets;
Contribute strategically to the company growth and business development;
Supervise communications through all channels ensuring a coherent message;
Manage the advertising budget and optimize its spending;
Embody company's cultural values and client-oriented approach.
