QUALITY LEAD

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Six Sigma and quality assurance
• Prior experience of leading Six sigma trainings
• Bachelors’ degree or Masters Degree in Accountancy or Finance, Math, Engineering Or Accountancy School
• Green Belt certification is a must
• BB training and certification is preferred
• Proficiency of statistical packages like Minitab
• Excellent Knowledge of MS-Office is a must.
• Team and project leadership
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Positive attitude and a professional presence
• Customer service oriented skills and approach with the ability to handle conflict situations
• Quality-oriented attention to details
• Team-player with strong communications skills in English
• Comfortable dealing with multi cultural teams and circumstances
• Effective time manager with ability to self-prioritise task completion and track and report status
• Implementation and adherence of policies and procedures
• Meet agreed deadlines for action and feedback
• Act with a high level of flexibility
• Ability to contribute in a fast moving environment

Responsibilities
• Mentor and lead Six Sigma projects & other Improvement Initiatives.
• Independently lead trainings on Six Sigma and other quality tools/methodologies.
• Analyze and hence identify opportunities for improvements in processes using the existing metrics of performance and other tools if applicable
• Process metrics identification and capability analysis
• Support internal benchmarking to share best practices
