Project Manager

• University degree in IT
• 3+ years IT project management experience in a complex organisation with a proven record of successful project implementation
• Hands-on experience in all phases of the software development cycle
• Extensive experience in object-orientated design methods and tools
• Ability to work following IT methodology standards, particularly RUP
• Risk analysis and management, estimation, planning and decision analysis skills
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
• PRINCE II or PMP certificates
• Ability to work with challenging activities
• Ability to provide leadership and proven ability to deliver critical projects
• Negotiation skills
• Communication skills
• Mentoring.

• Liaison with Client Project Manager and Project Coordination Unit.
• Management of the scope and duration of the contract
• Management of all activities associated with contractual deliverables
• Resource allocation, coordination and tasking
• Management and mitigation of risk
• Management of complaints and problem escalation procedures
• Operational management of subcontractors
• Change control management
• Configuration management
• Procurement management for direct project procured items
• Project budget management and internal project accounting
