CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Skills & Experience Required:
• Project Management (experience with MS Project is a plus)
• Excellent English copywriting skills
• User Interface experience
• CRM
• Strong internet-related experience

Job Description:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Product Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team to define and execute a commercially oriented roadmap for a highly successful world leading community web site.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• To define and manage the product roadmap to maximise ROI.
• Monetarizing existing traffic through improved UI and product offerings.
• Increase existing customer spend and loyalty.
• To assign and measure $ value against all changes, activities and events.
• To build and manage a team of designers and data analysts to deliver his team's objectives.
• Contribute to and sign-off design and copywriting.
• Manage all consumer communication with a consistent message to support the brand position.
• To become the expert of all aspects of the product and its customers and to understand the $ value of site features and customer profiling through customer surveys and data analysis.
• Working with multi-national companies to design a branded version of the product that fits into their existing brand image.
• Providing performance reports to senior management.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity.
