| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements and Qualifications:
2 to 5 years project management experience for a high growth technology firm /entrepreneurial endeavor;
2+ years of web development experience as a senior programmer;
Demonstrated performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence;
Strong organizational skills;
Ability to communicate with highly technical management team;
Experience in the software, internet, media, or fast-paced technology start-up industries strongly preferred;
Keen understanding of the web development methodologies (Scripting languages, Databases, Dynamic HTML and Ajax);
Fluency in English and Romanian;
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
