CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:
BI/analytical applications, IT Infrastructure, application integration (transactional and data-centric); exposure to IT Management solutions (e.g. BMC, Tivoli, NetIQ, SMS, CA) a plus,
- 2+ years' experience in product management: requirements gathering, MRD/PRD writing, specs, project management etc., especially in companies with strong market-driven product development approaches
- Strong working knowledge of the development process and skilled working with engineering.
- expertise in developing product prototypes using a web interface technology (Java/HTML/JSP/etc.)
- expertise in developing fully functional product demonstrations including creating and loading data into a database (Oracle, DB2, etc.).
- good English language skills spoken, & written.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Development of prototypes to help drive definition of new product features and enhancements
- Negotiate with engineering on schedules and releases; Provide firm delivery commitments to Sales and PS groups and service partners
- Orchestrate solution release activities to ensure completion of initiatives on time and within budget
- Make tradeoff decisions between functionality, resources and timeframes as needed in collaboration with US based Marketing organization, Engineering, and Sales, Professional Services and Executive Management
- Support the marketing and sales teams in creating of fully functional demonstration systems including data creation, and end to end simulation of customer usage
o create the necessary documentation (PRD’s) to drive development to meet the customer needs.
