| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mandatory criteria:
- Young graduate of an IT or an IT related faculty;
- Programming skills (VB, C or other), databases knowledge (theoretical and practical), operation systems and networking knowledge (UNIX, TCP-IP);
- Fluent in English;
- Good team-work, organization, time management and communication skills;
- Dynamic, flexible and willing to travel extensively.
One or more of the following criteria are a plus:
- Previous Banking knowledge/experience;
- A second internationally spoken language (French, German, Italian or Russian). | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is a (Swiss-based) multinational consultancy group, specialized in the implementation of international banking software. The company is working at global level with multinational banks and financial groups.
The person:
- will be part of a multicultural team, being responsible for implementing banking software solutions, acting as an external Technical Consultant;
- will work for clients (in the banking sector) located in Europe or on other continents (this requires around 200 days per year traveling abroad, the home office being located in Bucharest).
The first 6 months will consist of intensive training provided by the company’s international Senior Consultants on the following topics:
- Technical;
- Functional (business processes);
- Project Management;
- Corporate Standards;
- HR & Administration Procedures.
