CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• A person willing to build a career within the HR field;
• University Degree;
• IT technical background - Computer related studies (high-school or university) or at least 1 year working experience within an IT company / department;
• HR training or previous experience is a plus;
• English – fluent (compulsory), German or French would be a plus;
• Very good communication skills (active listener);
• To enjoy working with people;
• Good and objective evaluator;
• Enthusiasm and self-confidence;
• Team spirit.
